Manado - General Meeting of Shareholders (Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham / RUPS) of Bank of North Sulawesi, which was attended by all shareholders "Torang pe bank" (Bank of North Sulawesi Motto), expressed their appreciation to the directors of Bank of North Sulawesi that has been successfully demonstrated brilliant performance in the management of the bank and able to build a positive image in national level as evidenced by a number of awards among the top banks. Said by Governor of North Sulawesi Sinyo Harry Sarundajang, that delivered by Siswa Rachmat Mokodongan  as Province Secretary at the RUPS   Bank of North Sulawesi in the Grand Kawanua, Manado, on Thursday (28 / 7). Governor expressed his appreciation that the capacity of the Provincial Government of North Sulawesi as the largest shareholder in Bank of North Sulawesi. "We express appreciation and gratitude to the directors who have recorded  positive performance for the Bank of North Sulawesi and be able to build a good image in the national currency so receives  top honors among the banks," Sarundajang Said Sarundajang expressed his gratitude to the board of directors is led by Managing Director, Jeffry Wurangian who managed to give a lending  without interest and the “Kredit Usaha Rakyat” (KUR) to the community. In line with Sarundajang, the other shareholders that the regents and mayors as North Sulawesi and Gorontalo also praised the success that  achieved by Bank of Bnorth Sulawesi  directors. That  achievement  said by  Vreeke Runtu as  Minahasa Regent, Winsulangi Salindeho as Regent Sangihe, Tetty Paruntu as South Minahasa Regent, Sompie singal as North Minahasa regent, Rusli Habibie as North Gorontalo Regent and Iwan Bokings as Regent Bualemo said that directors of Bank of North Sulawesi has to worked hard and produce good performance as well as generate profits and dividends are distributed to all shareholders. According to Jeffrey Wurangian, Bank of North Sulawesi performance concerns among the national banks cannot be separated from the cooperation and hard work of management and staff of Bank of North Sulawesi. "Positive performance achieved by the directors cannot be separated from the support and cooperation of all parties. We cannot work alone without the support from BS commissioners and staff," said Wurangian. In three consecutive years, bank of North Sulawesi is in a healthy position and able to accumulate profits each year. One of the great achievements of BS, is to achieve a low level of bad debts.. That is evidenced by the NPL (non performing loans) is only about 0.3 percent. While the limits in accordance with the Bank Indonesia five per cent. The position of Bank of North Sulawesi  assets reached Rp. 5 trillion and the number of branches outside of North Sulawesi and Gorontalo managed to raise fresh funds of over Rp 1 trillion. "It Means, the level of public trust or customers is increasing everytime and what`s interesting is the emergence of the level of customer confidence from outside North Sulawesi and Gorontalo," he added.
