Jeffry said, with the current progress, then Bank Sulut not only able to develop Sulut andGorontalo region, but also able to bring welfare for all employees. The result of employees work hard gets reward, therefore in 2011 should work hard toachieve a better progress than last year, Jeffry said.Jeffry then said, workhard outcome of all Bank Suluts components, then this regionalBank until the end of December 2010 was able to achieve asset growth amounted Rp 4,36trillion or remained 23,8 percent from the launched 5 trillion target to be pursued entering 50anniversary of this regional bank on the coming up June 2011. Achievement of total asset Rp.4,36 trillion, then optimistic on June 2011 later, BankSulut will be able to exceed the Rp 5 trillion launched target for the purpose of driving thedevelopment of this bank as regional championsaid Bank Sulut Chief Director, JeffryWurangian on the Christmas and New Year Open House at his residence CitraLand HousingManado, Sunday. Jeffry said, such growth asset achieved because of hard work from all employees and Boardof Directors of Bank Sulut who holding hands without tired, keep on trying to achievedevelopment in the year 2010 that just left. I hope what we have achieved in the year 2010 keep on maintained even developed one stepahead, and this will be achieved if all employees of Bank Sulut tight the spirit of brotherhoodand sisterhood and keep on working to achieve maximum outcome,said Jeffry. Bank Suluts positive development also in line with the trust of society seen on third partymobilising fund which penetrated Rp 3 trillion, at once made this regional bank one of thebiggest bank in Sulut. Among the pride of performances from the journey of this regional bank, Jeffry said,especially loan interest rate which can be significantly decreased from previously around 19-20 percent to the position of only 9,75 percent up to 12% currently. Although loan interset rate decreased succesfully for almost two fold but it didnt affect onprofit even until the end of the year 2010 seemed to increase by net profit Rp.98 billion andgross above Rp 100 billion, Jeffry said. Meanwhile, percentage of biaya operasi berbanding pendapatan operasi atau BOPO Jeffrysaid was succesfully pushed to become only 79,8% or below 81% as a maximum limit ofBank Indonesia. The decreasing BOPO to 79,8% signified that all employess of Bank Sulut able to increaseefficiency and optimising in terms of cost, so that although profit increased but cost can bepushed, Jeffry said. Percentage of Return of Equity (ROE) which become the performance standard of BankSulut to the shareholders, Jeffry said was in the pride figure reaching 30,25 percent, farbeyond the applied interest rate. By the high ROE, signified that Bank Sulut become one of the banks in giving big profit,therefore very profitable in adding capital by the shareholders, Jeffry said.
